How do I choose the right wig size?  
Most of our wigs fit average head sizes (22-23 inches circumference). Measure your head with a soft tape just above the ears. If you're between sizes, go with the larger one for comfort. Contact us if unsure!

Can I style the wig with heat tools?  
Yes! All our synthetic wigs are heat-resistant up to 350°F (175°C). Use low to medium heat and heat protectant spray. Human hair wigs can be styled just like your own hair (flat iron, curling wand, etc.).

How do I care for my wig?  
Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb. Wash with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner in cool water. Air dry on a wig stand. Avoid brushing when wet. Store on a stand or hanger to maintain shape.

Is the wig glueless and ready to wear?  
Yes! All glueless wigs come pre-plucked with baby hairs, combs, and adjustable straps for easy install — no glue needed. Perfect for beginners!

How long does shipping take?  
US orders: 7–14 business days (free on $50+). International: 10–20 business days. Tracking is provided. Processing usually 1–2 business days.

What is your return policy?  
14-day returns for unworn/unstyled wigs in original packaging. Return shipping is customer responsibility (unless defective). Full refund to original payment method. Contact us within 7 days for defective items.

Can I dye or bleach the wig?  
Synthetic wigs: Not recommended (may damage fiber). Human hair wigs: Yes, can be dyed/bleached like natural hair (professional recommended).
